If you encounter any issues with the LED display module during the warranty period, you can return it to our factory for maintenance. Our professional technicians will provide repair services and conduct thorough testing. Once the testing is successful, we will package the LED modules and send them back to you.
For any issues with your LED display screen, we will first offer remote support to assist you in troubleshooting. If necessary, we can arrange for technicians to visit the project site within a specified timeframe to provide on-site solutions. If the problem cannot be resolved on-site, we will replace the faulty spare parts to ensure the screen operates normally and report the issue to the relevant departments for further testing and resolution.
Pre-sales service support
After you contact LEDA, our sales team will get in touch with you. A professional team will then recommend a complete solution tailored to your needs and the on-site environment, including the screen, control system, power system, and more.
Once we finalize the entire solution, we will provide power and signal wiring diagrams based on the local project requirements.
If needed, we can also supply reference drawings for the steel structure to assist you in communicating with local steel structure companies.
In-sales service support
LEDA project manager will keep you updated on the progress of your LED display screen products.
If needed, we will arrange for engineers to arrive at the project site within the specified timeframe, based on the project’s specific situation. They will guide workers in the correct installation of the LED screen, conduct debugging, and ensure the LED screen is fully operational.
During the installation and debugging phases, if you encounter any issues with the LED screen, please contact us. We will provide technical personnel for 24-hour online remote support.
