Making Sure Quality of Mass Production
The sample acts as the bridge between quality components and quality mass production. At LEDA, our distinctive approach is to test the sample again and again under extreme conditions to ensure optimal performance of all components. this process allows us to confirm that the current and brightness meet our clients’ requirements.
Once a sample successfully passes these tests, our Quality Control (QC) team records its specifications and prepares the Bill of Materials (BOM) to facilitate the mass production process. This systematic approach not only guarantees that we meet client expectations but also maintains high standards throughout production.
Before LED Screen Board Production
To guarantee the quality of LED display screens, a comprehensive quality control plan must be developed prior to the start of production. This includes the selection of raw materials, the scrutiny of product details, and obtaining customer confirmation.
It is also important to clarify specific production requirements and delivery schedules with the production manager to ensure that the LED display wall conforms to high-standard quality criteria.

At LEDA, we have a team of highly seasoned members who are not only rich in experience but also extremely responsible. Regularly, we are dedicated to offering comprehensive training to our employees to ensure they strictly follow production requirements. Of course, quality inspection during the production process is of utmost importance to us. We pay special attention to every detail to ensure the excellent quality of the final LED screens.
Dust-Free SMT Production Workshop
New high-speed SMT machines and the dust-free production workshop guarantee the outstanding quality of the LED video wall and enhance the stability of the LED display board.
DIP LED Display Workshop
High-speed DIP LED Display Screen machines, operated by experienced workers, ensure that VMS LED displays possess high quality and stability.
Glue Line for Outdoor LED Display
Automatic glue lines guarantee LED signs with high standard quality and high efficiency.
LED Module Aging Test
The aging test of the LED panel is an extremely crucial part before assembling the LED cabinet. LEDA will execute a 24-hour aging test, making sure that each LED panel has been fully tested with reliable quality.

LED Billboard Inspection
To ensure all aspects are of high quality, the QC (quality control) team will conduct a thorough inspection. Items such as the appearance of the LED billboard, its brightness level, current situation, cable connection, and the availability and quality of spare parts, etc., will all be meticulously checked.
After finishing the production
Before the LED screen display is packaged, LEDA conducts meticulous inspections to ensure there are no dead pixels, no scratches, and all spare parts have been thoroughly tested and comply with international quality standards for LED displays. The LED billboards will be securely packaged and provided with protection against water and damage in the container.
